As per the provisions of the Income Tax Act and Rules thereunder (India), for any purchase above INR 2,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Lakhs), the purchaser must provide his PAN card at the time of such transaction. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order. The billing name should be the same as the PAN card.

NJL may ask you to provide original KYC documents, including photo identification and proof of address. You may also need to submit copies (whether attested/notarised or not) of the same towards and transaction including but not limited to purchase, return, refund, exchange, buyback.

NJL reserves the right to conduct background checks including through third-parties to verify the bona fides of the customer or of the goods sought to be sold under buyback, return or exchange.

When registering on this Website or participating in any scheme, program or purchase at any NJL store, you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.  NJL reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time and ask for additional information in certain cases. 

If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely) or if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if NJL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with these Terms, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your account and deny you access to this Website without any prior intimation whatsoever.

Before placing an order at any of NJL’s stores you must check the product description carefully and additionally these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order for a product at any of our stores, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer.

NJL is not responsible for any delay in the delivery, for orders placed at the store, which may be caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation - natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance. 

Any product you buy is at your discretion. Ensure that you have thoroughly inquired about the product and are acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage, etc. 

NJL is not liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever you may suffer due to the use of the product.

You will not use any feature of the Website for any purpose that is unlawful, tortious, abusive, intrusive on another's privacy, harassing, defamatory, embarrassing, obscene, threatening, or hateful, all as determined by NJL. 

You will not upload, post, reproduce, or distribute any information, software, or other material protected by copyright or any other intellectual property right (as well as rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining the permission of the owner of such rights.

All information and materials on this Website, including but not limited to, text, trademarks, logos, graphics, and images (the “Materials”), are the copyrighted works and other forms of intellectual property of NJL or third parties who have authorized use of the Materials on this Website. NJL grants you only the limited license to display the Materials on your personal computer or personal wireless device and to copy and download such Materials, provided that: 

(1) any copyright, trademark or other notice appearing on such Materials is also retained, displayed, copied, or downloaded as part of the Materials, and is not removed or obscured, and

NJL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you. This may include restrictions on orders placed using the same account, credit/debit card or billing address. 

NJL will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.

NJL reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages caused to NJL and legal expenses from persons using this Website fraudulently.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that no partnership/association is formed by your use of this Website and neither you nor NJL has the power or authority to obligate or bind the other. 

Certain areas of the Website require registration or otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features or access certain content. If you elect not to provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content or participate in certain features of the Website.
